Matcha SLIP
Matcha SLIP
Matcha SLIP is made from SeaCell, a fiber obtained from the harvesting of Kelp seaweed in the Icelandic fjords and processed through a sustainable and certified method.
The uniqueness of this process lies in its ability to preserve the properties of the seaweed even after numerous washes. Seaweed fiber is naturally rich in minerals and vitamins that promote the remineralization of the epidermis and possess anti-inflammatory effects.
The skin's natural hydration level allows for an active exchange of these beneficial substances between the fiber and the skin. Furthermore, the high level of antioxidants protects the skin from free radicals.
Matcha SLIP is slightly high-waisted and designed to follow the body's natural contours.
Color:
Matcha SLIP is naturally dyed using an artisanal process. No chemical agents are used during the dyeing process. The green-ochre shade comes from the use of Reseda Luteola, a herbaceous plant collected in the area of Parco del Mincio, in northern Italy. Along its stem, the plant produces small green-yellowish flowers. You will notice that the Matcha shade will naturally change, adapting to the fabric, during the initial washes.
Your SLIP is garment-dyed. Garment dyeing is a specific technique, which means the product is dyed after it's been assembled. This imparts a unique and lived-in appearance. You'll notice that the Matcha shade will naturally fade and adapt to the fabric during the initial washes. Small irregularities and variations in shading should be considered inherent to the manufacturing process.
Note: Any dyeing process affects the fabric's texture. Matcha & Pecan thus have a different texture from Creamy, our collection of non-dyed garments. The fabric remains comfortable and soft, especially after several washes, although more compact. If undecided*, consider purchasing a size up. Choose the color based on your needs.
