Shipments

Orders are processed within 2 to 5 working days from the order confirmation. Shipments are made via Poste Delivery Business Express courier and are traceable.

The tracking information will be sent via email. Delivery is estimated to take 1-4 working days from the date of shipment to the courier.

Shipping costs are €5.90 throughout Italy. For orders over €50, shipping is free.

For shipments to Europe, shipping costs are €21.90. For orders over €100, shipping is free.

For EU, delivery is estimated to take 4-10 working days from the date of shipment to the courier.

Once the order is placed, it is not possible to modify/add any items included in the order or change the recipient's details or delivery address. Incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in the return or abandonment of the package.

Any shipping costs for the return or loss of items are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

If you ordered the wrong size or are not satisfied with the purchase, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a size or color exchange for the purchased product by sending an email to camilla@bulsarastudio.it with the order number and specifics.

This option is granted provided that the new product requested is of the same model as the one to be returned, and subject to the availability of the requested merchandise for the exchange by Bulsara Studio.

The shipping costs for the return of the goods are the responsibility of the customer. Once the exchange is agreed upon and upon receiving the merchandise to be replaced, no additional costs will be charged. If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, you will need to return the ordered goods in the condition of receipt and carefully packaged in the original packaging, complete with all accessories.

The shipping costs for the return of the goods are at your expense. Bulsara Studio will refund the full amount of the returned merchandise within 14 days of the communication of the withdrawal and upon receiving and verifying the condition of the returned items.

Note: Worn, damaged, used, or washed items cannot be returned.
